Ossi was so happy to be able to wander through the dream-made-reality of her dear friends:
And Marah felt really lucky to meet up with such a great group of people. Nicolle and Jose took us all over the city, to the waterfront, the farmer's market...
And of course, we spent lots of time at EPIF. We ate lots of yummy food cooked by master chef Jose
It was very cold, but we managed to keep warm by huddling near the fire, drinking good chilean wine, and borrowing clothes from Jose and Nicolle!
We spent alot of time just relaxing and meeting their friends as we sampled brilliant Chilean wines.
We also had an early birthday celebration for Ossi, complete with a crown for the queen of the night!
All in all, it was a fabulous few days with wonderful people in a wonderful city. A few last photos from the rooftop of EPIF cafe- if you are ever south of the equator, nomatter the continent, you must swing by the city of Valparaiso, and stop into EPIF cafe, it is truly an experience worth the journey!
The journey home, however, is another story...check back in a few for tales of delayed flights, Chilean equivalents of national Enquirer magazine, and Liam Neilson look-alikes...
